Standard CRMs treat AI as an add-on layer for summarization or autocomplete. The brief was to architect a CRM where AI agents are the operating layer — reading pipeline state, executing follow-ups, and proposing next-best-actions across deals, contacts, and accounts.

Built on a multi-agent architecture: an orchestrator agent dispatches specialised sub-agents for outreach drafting, deal-state diagnosis, and meeting prep.
